Informal information:

Tani Shousei is a potter I have no info on, but this pot is well made, and the glaze which caught my eye proves to be as lovely in the hand as it was in photos.

The glaze is a copper reduction red, some flecks of the original green remain. Has potential both as a shohin or accent pot, and at a bargain price.

Condition: Used, excellent.

Tani Shousei, Japanese, no other details as yet. So far I've seen nicely made pots with both oxidised and reduction glazes.
